Refund policy

Orders CAN NOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout, but can be returned in accordance with our return policy:

✙ Clothing can be returned within 10 days of receiving. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt, circle item being returned, and indicate reason for return.

✙ If return is received and has been washed or worn, has makeup stains, etc. it will not be accepted and will be returned at buyer's cost.

✙ Buyer is responsible for all return shipping.

✙ Please contact us at happytrailsoutpost@protonmail.com when you ship the item for return with tracking details.

Promo Codes

✙  Promo Codes MUST be used at checkout - NO exceptions. Promo codes may not be used twice unless otherwise indicated and will not be "refunded" if item is returned.

Damages and issues
✙ Please send clear photos of your item(s) and package to happytrailsoutpost@protonmail.com within FIVE days of delivery. Items that have been worn will not be accepted. Tags must be intact.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
✙ Certain types of items cannot be returned . We also do not accept returns for bralettes, bodysuits, purses, hats, any product under "Gifts" tab, footwear, and beauty products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

✙ Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
✙ Due to fast-changing inventory, no exchanges are accepted. To ensure you receive what you want, return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the item you want.

Refunds
✙ Please allow 2-3 days for a refund to be issued. Friendly reminder that banks have different terms so refund times may vary.

✙ Due to indoor/outdoor lighting and screen variation on the device you might be using, the color in the image may vary slightly from the actual color of the product. Due to the nature of handmade items, the item you receive may slightly differ from image show. Please review all the images of the products BEFORE placing your order.
